Privacy policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
The app collects nothing, uploads nothing, and tracks nothing. That is the whole policy. The rest of this page just says it precisely.
I am Mohd Mahmodi, the individual developer who makes and publishes Music Player Offline, No Ads (the app) on the App Store. I built it because I wanted to play my own files on my own phone without an account and without ads, so it has no reason to send anything anywhere.
I do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information, usage data, or metadata.
The app asks for permission to read the audio files already stored on your device, such as MP3, WAV, and FLAC. That permission is used only to play those files and to organise them inside the app.
Everything stays on your device. Your files, your playlists, your pinned albums, and any metadata you edit are all handled locally. I have no access to them, and they are never uploaded to a server or to cloud storage.
The app is completely free of ads. It shows no advertisements and shares no data with any advertising network.
The app works entirely offline. It does not call third party APIs and does not integrate services that would collect data about you.
Because the app collects no personal information at all, it is safe for users of any age. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, or from anyone else.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Since I do not collect your email address, there is no mailing list to notify, so check back here if it matters to you.
Questions about this policy can go to [email protected]. The app itself is listed on the App Store.
